Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities between TeamHaco ("we", "us") and users in relation to the mobile games and ancillary services we provide (the "Service").

2. Definitions

1. "Service" means the games and all ancillary services we provide through mobile devices.
2. "User" means anyone who uses the Service under these Terms.
3. "Paid Items" means in-game items, currency or features that a User obtains for payment.
4. "In-game Currency" means virtual data usable only within the Service, which is not redeemable for cash or anything of equivalent value.

3. Effect and Amendment of Terms

1. These Terms take effect when posted within the Service or on a web page we designate.
2. We may amend these Terms within the limits permitted by applicable law.
3. We will give notice of any amendment, stating the effective date and the reason, at least 7 days in advance; where an amendment is disadvantageous to Users, at least 30 days in advance.
4. If you do not accept an amendment you may stop using the Service and uninstall the app. Continuing to use the Service after notice is treated as acceptance.

4. Provision and Modification of the Service

1. We aim to provide the Service 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
2. We may suspend the Service in whole or in part for system maintenance, equipment repair, communication failures or other substantial operational reasons. We will give notice in advance where possible, and otherwise as soon as practicable afterwards.
3. We may change or discontinue the content of the Service where planning or operational needs require. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give at least 30 days' notice.

5. Paid Items and Payment

1. We may sell paid items and in-game currency within the Service.
2. Payments are processed through the Google Play in-app billing system, and payment methods and procedures follow that platform's policies.
3. We do not collect or store your payment instrument details.
4. Where a minor makes a purchase without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the guardian may cancel that purchase in accordance with applicable law.

6. Withdrawal and Refunds

1. You may withdraw a purchase in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce of the Republic of Korea.
2. Withdrawal may be restricted where the law so provides, for example where an item is consumed or applied immediately on purchase so that its value is significantly reduced, or where part of a set of separately consumable items has been used. We indicate this on the purchase screen.
3. Refunds for payments made through Google Play follow that platform's refund policy and procedures.
4. If a Service failure not attributable to you prevents you from using a paid item, we will compensate or refund the affected portion.
5. Refund enquiries may be sent to the contact details at the end of these Terms.

7. In-game Currency

1. In-game currency and items are data usable only within the Service. Users hold a licence to use them, not ownership.
2. In-game currency is not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred, lent or sold to third parties.
3. If the Service is discontinued, in-game currency will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our notices.

8. User Obligations

You must not:

• modify the Service's program or access the Service by abnormal means;
• use automation tools, macros or cheats;
• infringe our intellectual property rights or those of third parties;
• intentionally interfere with operation of the Service or place undue load on our servers;
• post or transmit content that defames or offends others;
• trade in-game currency or accounts for cash; or
• otherwise act in breach of applicable law.

If you breach these obligations we may restrict your use of the Service or delete related data without prior notice.

9. Game Data

1. Game progress data is stored on your device or in storage we designate.
2. If you uninstall the app or change device, data may not be recoverable unless you have completed any applicable linking procedure.
3. We are not responsible for data lost through device failure, loss or reset, or other causes not attributable to us.

10. Intellectual Property

1. Intellectual property rights in the games, graphics, audio, software and all other works included in the Service belong to us.
2. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit or adapt the Service, or use it for commercial purposes, without our prior consent.
3. Sharing video or screenshots you create while playing, for personal and non-commercial purposes, is permitted.

11. Advertising

1. We may display advertising within the Service in order to operate it.
2. If you engage with or transact with a third party through an advertisement, that transaction is between you and the third party, and we are not responsible for it.

12. Limitation of Liability

1. We are not liable where we cannot provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disaster, war or suspension of service by a telecommunications provider.
2. We are not liable for interruptions caused by you.
3. We are not liable for any profit you expected to gain through the Service but did not.
4. These limitations do not apply where we have acted with intent or gross negligence.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

1. We will seek to resolve any dispute amicably through discussion.
2. Failing that, you may apply for mediation to the Content Dispute Mediation Committee under the Content Industry Promotion Act, or to the Consumer Dispute Mediation Committee under the Framework Act on Consumers.
3. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act shall be the court of first instance.
4. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protection right available to you under the law of your country of residence.

14. Privacy

We protect your personal data in accordance with applicable law. Our handling of personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
